July 2007 - Ramda Plano has easy access from highway 75 and it provides a great value for your money. The rooms are very clean. It has indoor corridoors and outdoor swimming pool. The price is very reasonable for family stay. Freecontinental breakfast works out well. There are many restaurants and entertainment options within 2 miles of radius. My family was very pleased with our stay.

June 2007 - When we checked into the facility around 6:00 not going to room, just getting details out of the way. We arrived about 9:45 and the parking lot to the hotel had some shady characters sitting on the hoods of their cars and then we went in and the hallway/forer had NO AC, their lounge room had the light off I suppose to save electricity instead they had a plug in fan. The hotel reeked of PineSol then we went to room. The bathroom light had to "warm up" to be fully on and we pulled back the bed to find hair in the sheets. We then walked back to the front of the facility and told the hotel Manager, we didn't feel safe and about the conditions of the room. We asked him to not charge us for the room and he said he would show us NO mercy and that we had to pay for a full night stay even though our bags were never in the room and neither were we until that evening. We left and had to find another place to stay spending double money that we did not have. We feel we should be given our money back. It was a horrible evening, how can you sleep somewhere where you don't feel safe or comfortable, much less the poor quality of the room.
