| "DON'T USE EXTREME ELEGANCE" |

June 2007 - I had a confirmed reservation booked over a month in advance and Extreme Elegance no showed on my return. They were no help and just kept saying I had no reservation and then proceeded to hang up on me. I have sent emails and tried calling but no one will talk to me. Please do a Google on Extreme Elegance and you will find numerous complaints of same exact situaition.

December 2006 - We had a prepaid reservation to be picked up at Houston airport. They did not show up. I Call there office and no answer. Left several messages on the machine. They never called back. After several hours we had to take a cab. Will never use them again.
