| "Very Bad Experience-Stay Away" |

April 2006 - Our consultant cancelled our first meeting 20 minutes before the meeting even though I traveled half way across the country to meet with her. She was late to our second meeting. For one month she kept forgetting to mail my wedding binder. She was often slow to respond to questions and when they required follow up I rarely heard anything from her. She "accidentally" charged my credit card when she wasn't supposed to. When I realized she was causing me more stress than help I fired her. She said she would still help me with my time line and give me a refund. After emailing her several times I got a very rough draft time line. The refund was much less than I thought it should be and when I cashed the check it bounced. After that happened she told me on three separate occasions the check was in the mail. At one point she even gave me a tracking number that never tracked anything. I am now out all of the money plus a fee charged by my bank for a returned check.
