September 2007 - Do not take these cabs in Harlingen. I was told one thing and charged another, claiming that he didn't understand what I asked. I was charged to be picked up before I even got into the cab. I should have just paid the fare for the ride to the airport and run away! I would have been safe in the airport! But I was trying to do the right thing by paying the driver and asking for a refund from the company.
