| "Avoid at all costs" |

June 2006 - Capt. Phipps did not refund our deposit after his boat had broken down. Not only that, we were not given prior notice, and were inconvenienced as we had to drive an hour from Port Aransas at 4:30 am. After numerous calls inquiring about our refund, his wife has told us "the check is in the mail". I would not give this guy a cent until after he has provided service, otherwise you will be ripped off.
