| "The Worst of the Worst" |

May 2008 - The Days' Inn in St. George is the worst of the worst of the less expensive range of motels that we have stayed in.
Our two rooms had filth and dirt on the walls, the doors were in dire need of paint at all levels. The bathroom door handle of one room was completely broken and actually came off in our hand. The wall molding at the floor of the bathrooms were filthy dirty all the way around. The bed bottom sheets (fitted bed sheets) were old and too small for the mattress and as a result would not stay tucked and came away leaving a bare mattress.
The parking lot is full of cracks and different attempts to patch it. Just horrible.
The Exterior of the build is in dire need of paint. The fact is this Days Inn is so far behind in completing their routine maintenance, that it is clear they simply do not have the funds to keep up with anything. As a result, it has become a maintenance disaster.
Lastly, the owners (franchisees) of the St George could barley speak English and looked at us like we were from a foreign land.
No...no more Days Inn motels for us.
