| "Not a hole at all - a fantastic, new swimming facility" |

March 2007 - The Swimming Hole in Stowe is an amazing faciility for the size of the community and the fact that it is a non-profit facility. It isn’t cheap to go if you’re a visitor but if you live locally it is more reasonably priced. The pool area is wonderfully light and airy and the main pool is huge. My guess is that it is an Olympic-sized pool or certainly pretty close and it is accompanied by a toddler pool if you have little ones you’re taking for a dip. There are diving boards and a water slide as well but the latter wasn’t open when we were there. The facility also offers a cardiovascular weight training room and regular exercise classes. Far from a hole in the wall!
