January 2006 - We didn't dine at the Trapp Family Lodge but went there for after dinner drinks in their lounge. On both occasions, there was live music, a warm fire and very friendly service. The drinks menu featured a variety of beverages but as we had chosen the place for its Austrian connection, we sipped our Glühwein (hot mulled wine) while listening to... yes, a few Sound of Music tunes, but also some nice mellow lounge classics. Highly recommended for a casual drink and a glimpse of the famous inn.
