March 2006 - What a great seafood place. Olive's was recommended to us while we were visiting Stowe and we had great food and a great server. The atmosphere lets the place down a little - it is nice but not particularly inspiring or stylish but the food and service more than makes up for it. The seafood options were to die for - most of us ordered some type of shellfish dish upon the recommendation of our waitress, who was not only helpful but added quite a friendly banter to our table. Olive's is not a cheap place but should definitely be experienced if you're headed to Stowe.
