| "Not Customer Centric" |

May 2007 - We hired Fleet to transport our wedding guests 14 blocks for our wedding ceremony and celebration. We only needed the service to shuttle 75 people to the service by 11:30, then back from the service at 3:30. They charged us a 5 hour minimum for this 14 block (estimated 4 busloads) of people. For $500 (what they charged us for the even), 14 of our guests were left at the pick up site and did not make it to the wedding ceremony. These guests included family members and important guests that were promised transportation. After waiting for 25 minutes, they had to take cabs to the wedding and missed the ceremony. Luckily the wedding coordinator on the boat was nice enough to re-dock the boat and let them on or they would have missed the entire reception as well. When we approached Fleet for a refund they only offered us a 1 hour refund and an excuse that the mother of the groom said all the passengers were on board. She was not listed as a decision maker on the contract, and it can not be verified that she actually said this to the bus driver. Overall, they are not interested in customer service and I would never recommend them for an important event again. I only asked them for a 2 hour refund and they refused. The driver drove a total of 1 mile for us and didn't even get our guests to the wedding on time. I think they should have offered us more than a 1 hour refund.
