October 2006 - My husband and I stayed here with our two children. The first night there were 3 towels in the room. We had to get an additional towel from the pool area so we could all bathe. The bathtub had hair in it and the floor had bits of crackers or cookies on it. The second day we again received 3 towels (even through there were4 left dirty counting the pool towel). We did not get new shampoo and conditioner. I guess we were expected to strech the tiny bottles we were given on the first day (for four people) to last the second. We also found power bars, granola bars in ziplock bags, a book and a piece of fruit under the beds as we were checking to ensure we had all of our belongings. After paying to park and being expected to pay for a wireless connection (which has always been included at better hotels) I was extremely disappointed. When I mentioned the issues to the women at the front dest and gave them all of the items that were left in the room from the previous guests they expressed fake surprise and said they felt bad. Not bad enough to speak with management though. Never again!
