| "Not ready at check in time" |

July 2007 - I can not review the hotel's accomodations as my room was not ready at check in time and I needed to get other lodging. I had a funeral service to be to @ 4:00 pm and needed to get changed (as I was traveling all day). I did not have time to wait to check in. Check out time was 11:00 am, it seems to me, four hours would be plenty of time to get rooms ready; however, I was not the only person waiting in the lobby. I was assured I would not be charged ..... we will wait and see.
