August 2007 - Check-in went well then things went down hill from there. Went to pool with only a few people present then discover there were no towels anywhere to be found in either of the two restrooms. Try taking a show in the rooms. Its a joke. If I want a misty spray I'd go get it in a bottle. The shower head barely allows any water to flow onto you. On and one day it rained so they closed the pool. All of the dry towels were left on the charis around the pools. They can lock the doors but not retrieve the dry towels. After the rain passed we asked them to re-open the pool. No the pool would remain closed. For the price of $220 a night, its not worth a visit at least not until the shower heads get replaced with ones that work. Next, room temperature cannot be controlled. It is done centrally by staff.
