March 2007 - Arrive to Towneplace Suites (Richmond Innsbrook) and was immediately impress with the staff. After a long night on the road, it was very pleasing to meet such warm and friendly people. Great service, clean rooms, and a reactive staff. Good continental breakfast and service. My compliments to an outstanding bunch. No doubt that I will return.
