| "Horrible stay" |

July 2007 - My family went to stay at this hotel for one night while my husband had an event to attend. Our oldest son found a live spider in his bed that night that he killed w/ a shoe on his bed, there was a live roach that ran down behind his bed that he was not able to kill. We called the front desk right afterwards expecting clean sheets but the front desk person said it was "only a spider" and did nothing other than offer to change our room. This was at midnight and our other children were asleep so no we would not change rooms since I did not want to wake them. The front desk never apologized for the bug problem nor did they offer clean sheets. The next morning as we ate what breakfast they offered,the donuts were stale, the danishes were as hard as a rock to chew and the apple juice was not working. I informed the front desk and nothing was done. When we were checking out we informed the front desk again about all of the problems we had had at this hotel and nothing was offered in exchange to us for the disappointing stay. I did inform the front desk that we will never stay there again.
