September 2007 - My husband and I stayed at the Quincy for 3 nights in October. We found the hotel personnel to be very friendly and helpful and the room to be very nice. The staff helped us find places to eat, helped us use the Bally gym down the block and brought up complementary razor & shaving cream when requested. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location is good for walking to the metro (2 blocks away). Note that the metro L street entrance was closed on Saturday & Sunday - we had to walk to the K street entrance. The restaurants on L street and the close area, as well as many of the shops, including the liquor store, were all closed on Sunday. Be sure to stock up before sunday. The room had a refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot. We also enjoyed free wireless internet access while there. Paid $169/nite which was more than we had planned, but ultimately worth it.
