February 2007 - These guys are the biggest up-sellers that I've ever seen. They will quote multiple prices and depending upon who you speak to - the price will vary. i had one guy tell me they had refcovered my data and gave me an idea of what they had - then another said they had not and it would cost 270 or more to fix the issue. They wanted 3 times the market rate for a spare part. I had the problem fixed for 80 bucks at another place. A1 = scam
