August 2007 - Front desk staff: Friendly, knowledgeable of the area's restaurants and activities, sought feedback regarding my room and appeared happy to be doing their job.
Accommodations:
I travel frequently and have stayed in a wide variety of accommodations over the last several years. It is through these experienced and critical eyes that I viewed this property. I arrived, exhausted, late at night and was pleasantly surprised to find a spotlessly clean, spacious room. Included were upscale bathroom amenities, a comfortable bed and an ambiance of luxury and abundance. I would recommend this conveniently located, customer focused hotel to anyone staying on San Juan Island.
