| "Hotel on truck route" |

August 2007 - On a recent driving trip to Colorado, we stopped in Cheyenne for a nights stay. I booked a room online at this hotel without knowing it was situated on busy truck route with train yards right across the street. Needless to say it wasn't a prime location but the staff were friendly and helpful. A continental breakfast is included with your stay. We missed the breakfast but the very kind desk clerk supplied us with some muffins and fruit.
The room itself was large, clean and comfortable with a king-size bed. Considering the hotel is in a noisy industrial area, the room was quiet and soundproof. There was a separate closet with an ironing board and iron. The bed was comfortable. The vanity area was outside the spacious bathroom which was nice.
The Outback Restaurant was nearby which was a treat even though the drive to get there was completed.
We probably would not stay at this location on future trips through Cheyenne.
