September 2008 - While not expecting too much from an old Super 8 in Douglas, WY, I would have hoped for a Super 8 quality experience. I have stayed in many Super 8 motels over the years and this is by far the worst. The guests are mostly railroad construction workers and an inexpensive room is all they are looking for. While not too particular in regards to creature comforts, the room was very cramped and uncomfortable. I brought my laptop but was informed that the High Speed was not functioning. I was appalled by the condition of the bathroom. No drain stop in the lavatory was a clue to the rest of the bathroom's problems. It looked as though the walls and floorboards had never been cleaned. The walls were streaked and the dirt build-up on the floorboards was excessive.
I said an inexpensive stay, but at $93.00 a night, I expect more.
